Mission

Our mission is to provide information to help people enjoy their holidays in cities around the world and to support independent, locally-owned businesses at the same time.  It is our belief that independent, locally-owned businesses are what make cities unique, creating the reason people enjoy travelling and visiting different places.

Local Holiday Fun provides information about how to enjoy Valentines Day, Mardi Gras, St Patricks Day, Easter, Cinco de Mayo, Memorial Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Oktoberfest, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years Eve around the world.

Events and Activities

Local Holiday Fun provides information about holiday activities and events in various cities around the world.  Events include festivals, parades, celebrations and more.  Activities include holiday specific activities, such as information about pumpkin carving, making easter eggs, decorating the Christmas tree and more.

Shopping at Locally-Owned Businesses

Local Holiday Fun also provides a variety of information about restaurant holidays and special events.  We provide information about the meal the restaurant is serving, either Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch or Dinner.  We provide information about the event style, whether it is buffet, prix fixe, Ala carte, holiday special, special holiday menu or their regular menu. The restaurant information, including neighborhood, location and a phone number for reservations.  We also provide a link to the restaurant website and the restaurant holiday menu if available.
